Payment / Shipping

Payment methods:

We offer the following payment methods: PayPal or prepayment. Customers with a customer account can also buy from us on account. In this case, the payment term is 14 days. Please note that the goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Shipping costs:

Standard shipping for orders is € 4.90 within Germany. Your order will be delivered by DHL or DPD within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery times. For standard shipping, delivery times may vary and deviate from the stated delivery times, as this also depends on the delivery company.

Free delivery of the total shipping costs is provided for orders of at least € 150.00 for orders within Germany. In the case of a final purchase of € 200.00, we will also provide you with a free return label for selected consignments. Otherwise the buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Shipping costs within the EU are a € 9.90 euros with DHL or DPD - if desired, shipping with another provider is also possible. In this case shipping costs will be charged at cost price.

Shipping costs outside the EU We will find the most favourable shipping costs for you and you can decide whether you want to be delivered. 

Please note that all deliveries are dependent on our stock levels. If one or more products are not available, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. In this case, we will be happy to suggest similar products or inform you of the exact delivery time for the item that is no longer available.
